District Support and Improvement
The Madera County Superintendent of Schools (MCSOS) provides district support and improvement services to our school districts and charter schools in the areas of Differentiated Assistance (DA), in accordance with California Department of Education’s accountability model, and Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI), in accordance with the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Federal accountability model. MCSOS also provide district support and improvement in the areas of Federal Program Monitoring (FPM), Plan Alignment with Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) and the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), and the LCAP Federal Addendum Development.
